You can help by buying a raffle ticket. The cost of each ticket is $10. If at least 3,000 of the 4,000 available tickets are sold, the prize will be the maximum of $15,000. If less than 3,000 are sold in advance of the Dec. 8 drawing, the raffle reverts to a “50/50 basis,” with a minimum prize of $3,000. All applicable taxes and withholding are the responsibility of the winner. You need not be present to win. If any MACC raffle tickets remain unsold before Dec. 7, they will be available at the door from 5 to 6:30 p.m. MACC raffle ticket sales will end one hour before the grand prize drawing on Thursday, Dec. 8. Free admission to the drawing event will begin at 7 p.m. and the drawing will be done shortly after 7:30 p.m.
You can also support the cause by visiting the following Mason location's and voting with your money for a winning poster. The Mason elementary student drawing that wins gets to light the big tree at the Mason Holiday Celebration on Friday November 25.
